Implementing our comprehensive, paperless, digital marketing strategy, making potential tenants aware of your property. Our Let Only service provides landlords with a simple, effective and hassle free tenant find service. We offer key accompanied viewings, reference all prospective tenants and draw up all necessary agreements.
Property Management
For those landlord’s who do not the day to day management of tenancies Nest Estate Agents offer a comprehensive property management service.This package offers everything that our let only service offers and more. With our management package Nest Estate Agents will deal with all correspondence from your tenant over the duration of the tenancy. This includes collecting and chasing any rent payments and arranging any necessary property repairs and answering any queries the tenant may have. Before the tenant moves into the property we will conduct a thorough condition inspection of the property and produce an inventory for the tenant to sign. We will further inspect the property every 6 months and report back to the landlord. As part of our management option we will register the deposit of the property with TDS NI on your behalf.
