I recently sold my house with Nest estate agents. I cannot give enough thanks for the amazing work done. As probably many others before me, I was trying to sell with another agency. Unfortunately that did not go well and spent a lot of time trying to sell my house with no success. One day I was walking by ballyclare sq and saw the agency. I thought they only sold expensive houses as the office looks very professional from the outside. However due to my circumstances I decided to go into the office and just pop the question to know if they would be up for selling my house.I met up with Leah and from the very first moment I was not disappointed. On the very first meeting (without appointment) I explained my situation and all the advice and help from the very beginning was more than the help I got previously from other agencies.Once we agreed on the change of agencies into Nest everything went much smoother. Professional pictures taken, social media advertising and recommendations to other people that might’ve not been looking for my specific house type but might’ve been an option of interest. Cannot fault them AT ALL. The staff were all friendly, accommodating and suuuuuper helpful. We had to put a bit of a pause on moving day due to our previous landlord and they were very understanding and helpful.I worked mostly with Tori and she was so nice and relatable. Any time I called they were there to listen and have a chat.As I said...can't fault a thing! If you're looking and estate agent in Ballyclare...run...don't walk...to these guys 🥰
